Luxe Club One’s Privacy Policy applies to the Site and does not apply to other third party web sites to which we link. You should review the privacy policy of any website you visit online.

You agree that your use of the Site signifies your assent to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site.

What Information Do We Collect?

One of the primary reasons Luxe Club One keeps track of information is to give you a more enjoyable, convenient experience. In order to access this Site, you must first complete the registration process. When you register, you will be asked for your email address and a password so that we can provide you with access to the Site and your member profile. During the registration process, we collect personal information including, but not limited to, your name, address, email address, demographic data, shopping preferences and other pertinent data in order for us to better fill your needs. As you use the Site, we collect usage data, connection data associated with your mobile device or computer, and service provider data. Minors are not permitted to participate in Luxe Club One, nor do we solicit any personal information from children. Furthermore, we may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future and we may also combine non-personal data with personal information.

What Are Cookies And How Are Cookies Used?

The Site makes use of a technology used to enhance your browsing experience, called “Cookies.” Cookies are bits of electronic information placed over the internet onto your computer. They are small text files that allow us to recognize your browser as you move through the Site. We also use cookies to understand how you use the Site and to tailor content and offers to you when you visit the Site. It also allows us to track access to our email campaigns, which enables us and our third party service providers to recognize and keep track of each user. Luxe Club One and its partners and sponsors may also use web beacons on the Site and in accompanying emails. Web beacons are clear pixels served by another party on to the Site. Web beacons will be used for generally the same purposes as cookies on the Site.

How Do We Use Your Information?

We share member information only as described in this policy. We use the information gathered through the Site for internal purposes and to comply with any requirements of law. This information may be disclosed to our staff and to third parties involved in account information management. We will use your email address to contact you with fashion product offers. We may use your email address to notify you about new services, promotional programs, and to send you non-fashion offers and information.

Luxe Club One uses the information we collect about you to process all aspects of its services. Luxe Club One does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except under the following circumstances: (1) we provide information to partners and sponsors who work on behalf of or with Luxe Club One under agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help Luxe Club One communicate with you about offers from our marketing partners and sponsors. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information; (2) We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims, or if we believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, violations of Luxe Club One’s terms of use, or as otherwise required by law; and (3) we will transfer information about you if Luxe Club One is acquired by or merged with another company.

How Can Information Be Updated and Contact Preferences Noted?

If your information has changed, you can visit the Member Profile feature on the Site to update your personal information.

At any time, you may stop receiving emails from Luxe Club One if you desire, by contacting us at memberservices@luxeclubone.com. Through removal, LC1 membership benefits will be discontinued and you will no longer receive information about our services. We will take commercially reasonable steps to implement your opt-out requests promptly, but you may still receive communications from us for up to 30 business days as we process your request. While Luxe Club One will make efforts to accommodate requests to restrict our use of your information, we reserve the right to delete all or any portion of customer information if we are not able to reasonably accommodate a requested restriction.

How And Where Is Information Stored?

Luxe Club One follows reasonable technical and management practices to protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of the data stored on our system. While no computer system is completely secure, we believe the measures we implement reduce the likelihood of security problems to a level appropriate to the type of data involved.

We only collect and use your information in accordance with this privacy policy and we maintain appropriate safeguards to ensure the security and integrity of the information you have provided to us. In addition, we will take reasonable steps to assure that third parties with whom we transfer any personal information will provide sufficient protection of said information.

Luxe Club One primarily operates in New York, but we reserve the right to store data in multiple locations throughout the United States.

If we decide to change our Privacy Policy for the Site, we will post the revised Privacy Policy in this location so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information and whether we may disclose it to anyone. Your continued use of the Site and any email transmissions related to the Site indicates your unconditional assent to the Privacy Policy as posted. You unconditionally agree to all aspects of this Privacy Policy at all times and that subsequent rejection of any provision of the Privacy Policy will not constitute a valid reason for refund of any portion of your membership fee.
